Introduction

Ingredients

    6 cups chick peas, cooked without salt (or canned, rinsed well)
    1 cup apple cider vinegar (or lemon juice from concentrate)
    2 tbsp dried dill weed
    3 tbsp garlic powder (or 6 cloves fresh garlic, grated or minced)
    1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    1 tbsp salt (if desired)


Tips

Serve with pita chips, crackers, or raw veggies.


Directions

Mash chickpeas before putting in blender, to ensure a smooth hummus mixture. Add all ingredients. Blend well until desired texture.
