    2 large summer squash
    2 large tomatoes
    2 large mushrooms
    1 red bell pepper
    1 green bell pepper
    1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil


slice the summer squash and the peppers thin and mushrooms not so thin. Cut the tomatoes into chunks. Heat oil in pan and saute everything together until the squash is soft.
