    2# Lean Ground Beef
    2 Cups Carrots, sliced or baby
    2 Cups Green Beans
    1 Large Onion Chopped
    1 Cup Beef Broth
    6 Cups Mashed Potatoes
    Salt, to taste
    Pepper, to taste


Cook ground beef and chopped onion. Drain. Boil enough potatoes to make 3 cups of mashed potatoes. Sometimes I add a few tablespoons of the beef broth to loosen the mashed potatoes.

Add to cooked ground beef and onions ~ 1 cup beef broth, vegetables. I use carrots and green beans because that is what my family likes. Line mixture in ungreased baking dish 9x13. This recipe uses 2 9x13 pans.

Mash potatoes and add salt, pepper and sour cream. Add potatoes to top of meat mixture. Spread. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. Just to heat through.
