Ingredients

    1 LB Lean Stew Meat
    1 Can beef gravy
    1 Cup onion, chopped or sliced depending on preference
    Instant rice

Tips

Season the beef anyway you like. I usually add some garlic powder, salt and pepper. Also can substitute any items for healthy versions, this is just the basic ingredients and steps.


Directions

Brown beef on all sides, then add onion.
Cook until almost done and add gravy. Continue to cook until beef is done and everything is well mixed.
Prepare rice and serve beef mixture over rice.
