    2 cups of rice bubbles
    1 cup raw rolled oats
    1 cup blanched peanuts
    0.5 cup sesmae seeds
    0.25 cup sunflower seeds
    0.75 cup dessicated coconut

    4 to 5 Tbspoons honey
    0.25 cup dark or soft brown sugar
    1 Tbspoon canola oil
    0.5 Tbspoon butter


Add finely diced glazed ginger if you like it.


Toast the oats and coconut if desired in an oven, keeping a careful eye on them so they don't burn. Measure out all the dry ingredients into a large bowl. Warming these may help later when you add the syrup. Mix together. Boil the honey, butter, oil and sugar slowly for around 7 minutes. Add to the warm dry ingredients. Stir until all coated and press into a rectangular tin. Cut into 16 before it is cold.
