Number of Servings: 20


    1 cup oats
    2/3 cup toasted coconut flakes
    1/2 cup peanut butter
    1/2 cup ground flax seed
    1/2 cup chocolate chips
    1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
    1 tbsp. chia seeds
    1 tsp vanilla


Mix all ingredients together well in a medium bowl. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes. Once chilled, roll into balls. Store in an airtight container for up to a week in the fridge.

Serving Size: makes 20 balls
