    2 cups fresh broccoli, chopped
    1 teaspoon instant beef bouillon granules
    3/4 cup fat free greek yogurt
    1/4 cup low fat cream cheese
    1 teaspoon worchestershire sauce
    1/2 teaspoon garlic powder


1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a rolling boil. Add broccoli florets. Cook 7 minutes or until soft; Drain, reserving 1/3 cup liquid. Stir granules into reserved water and set aside.

2. In a food processor or blender combine broccoli, yogurt and cream cheese. Blend until smooth, adding bouillon slowly until desired consistency has been achieved.

3. Pour broccoli mixture into a sauce pan. Stir in worchestershire sauce and garlic powder; heat through. Keep warm and serve immediately.

Serving Size: Makes 4 servings
