    I medium to Large head Cauliflower
    1/2 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
    3/4 cup bread crumbs
    3 tbsp canola oil
    garlic powder to taste
    salt and pepper to taste
    other spices if you want to get a different or spicier flavor
    Garnish with Chopped Chives if desired


You can chop the cauliflower as large or small as you want but the smaller you chop it, the easier it is to get a nice roasted crispiness on each piece.


1) Pre-heat oven to 375.
2) chop head of cauliflower into small pieces and put into baking dish
3) Coat cauliflower with the oil tablespoon by tablespoon. (Only use enough oil to lightly coat the cauliflower. If it only takes 1 or 2 tablespoons then save the calories and don't add more.)
4) sprinkle garlic powder, salt and pepper over cauliflower and toss for even coating
5) In a small bowl combine bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese then sprinkle over the cauliflower.
6) Roast cauliflower for 15-20 minutes until the cauliflower is cooked through and starting to brown. Remove from the oven and Garnish with fresh chopped chives if desired.
Serve Immediately.

Serving Size: 1/2 cup- sould make 6 servings
