Ingredients

    1 cup All purpose flour
    2 tsp Baking Powder
    1 Tsp Sugar (can use stevia for extra sweetness)
    1/2 tsp Salt
    1 Large Egg
    1 cup Silk Unsweetened Original Almondmilk
    2 Tbsp Smart Balance Light Butter w/Flax Oil
    1 Tbsp Vanilla

Tips

You can add more melted butter on top. Also you can sprinkle some powdered sugar (not calculated). Serve with Sugar Free syrup.


Directions

Melt butter in a glass in Microwave for 1 min. Let sit and cool. Mix dry ingredients first. Then add milk, egg, vanilla and whisk until mixed thoroughly. Add butter last and whisk until mixed. Pour onto griddle or skillet on medium heat until edges are pretty much cooked. Flip and cook both sides until slightly browned and done.

Serving Size: Makes about 5 (1-serving each) medium-large pancakes
