Prep once and you have a basic salad ready for the week! Prep once and you have a basic salad ready for the week!
Number of Servings: 1


    1 cup chopped broccoli
    1 cup shredded red (purple) cabbage
    1 large radish, sliced
    1 mini cucumber with peel, sliced
    8 baby carrots, sliced
    1 Tbsp. sunflower seeds
    1 Tbsp. pumkin seeds

    1 Quart size Mason jar


Make sure the Mason jar is clean. Place all ingredients in the jar, seal with the lid and refrigerate. I made 6 at a time, one to have right away and the rest to have during the week. You can just empty it into a large bowl, and if you want to add other ingredients (like lettuce and tomatoes), you can. You'll just have to add the items to your nutritional content! I really like the idea of prepping everything ONCE, and then being able to pull a jar out of the refrigerator and either add to it or eat it as is with the addition of dressing! Enjoy!
