I love tartar sauce with my fish but dislike how high in calories and fat it is so created this recipe based on others but lowered the fat even more by using nonfat Greek yogurt. I love tartar sauce with my fish but dislike how high in calories and fat it is so created this recipe based on others but lowered the fat even more by using nonfat Greek yogurt.
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    8 tbsp Blue Menu (PC) light whipped dressing (or light mayo)
    1/2 cup nonfat greek plain yogurt
    4 tbsp sweet relish
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    4 tbsp minced onion (I used fresh, but minced would be fine too)

Directions

Mix all ingredients. Allow to sit in fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.

Serving Size: Makes about 10 servings of 2 tbsp each
