    1 lb extra lean beef
    3 cans Healthy Choice low-salt Tomato Soup
    1 can Diced Tomatoes (14.5 oz)
    1 can Stewed Tomatoes (14.5 oz.)
    3 c. low salt beef broth
    5 c. fat free chicken broth
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 head cabbage, chopped
    2 T. minced onion
    1 T. minced garlic
    black pepper to taste


Season beef with garlic, minced onion, and pepper. Cook seasoned beef, drain off fat. Add remaining ingredients and stir to mix. Cover pot and cook at least 1 hour until rice is finished and cabbage is tender.
