I can't remember the website that I originally read the recipe that inspired this one. I made some changes depending on what I had on hand. It has a wonderful flavor. Ingredients

    Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup, shredded (remove)
    Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 1 large (remove)
    La Victoria Green Taco Sauce, 16 tbsp (remove)
    Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 12 oz (remove)
    Old El Paso Taco Seasoning Mix (40% Less Sodium), 6 tsp (remove)
    *Pork, fresh, ground, raw, 12 oz (remove)
    *Crunchmaster Rice Crackers T.S or 4 Cheese 15, .5 serving (remove)

Directions

Crunch up the crackers. Mix everything together. Shape into a loaf and put into a oiled baking dish. Cook for 45 hours at 350 degrees.

Makes 8 hearty slices.
