    1/2 cup butter
    3/4 cup white sugar
    2 eggs
    1tsp. vanilla extract
    1cup white flour
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt
    4 medium bananas
1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips

If your ingredients are at room temp. you may only need to bake them 20 minutes, depending on how much batter is in the muffin cups. You can bake this in a loaf pan for 60 minutes, as well. You can use bananas that have been frozen in their skins, in the freezer to keep them from rotting. Then just defrost them in the microwave, tear the tip off the banana, squeeze the banana into a bowl right from the skin, and then use a potato masher to mash the banana.

Cream butter and sugar. Add 2 eggs, and vanilla extract and mix. Mix flours, salt, baking soda, and then add to the butter mixture. Smash the bananas in a separate bowl, then add to the batter along with the cup of chocolate chips, but only stir or fold until the batter is just mixed. Don't over mix. Pour into muffin tins sprayed with Pam, so they don't stick. Bake in oven at 350 degrees, 20-25 minutes, in a muffin pan. Or use a loaf pan for a loaf of bread, and bake for 60 minutes.
