Ingredients

    1 whole ripe banana (preferably frozen)
    1/2 avocado
    2 pitted dates
    10 almonds
    1-1/2 tablespoon 100% cocoa powder, unsweetened
    1/3 cup plain yogurt made with whole milk
    1 cup 2% milk

Tips

The riper the banana, the sweeter this will be!


Directions

Combine all ingredients in blender, and blend until smooth.
