Ingredients

    1 - 2 lb Bag of Kale Greens
    2 oz Pork Sausage Mountaineer

Directions

Place whole bag of greens in water once water starts boiling add baking soda. Remove greens when done let drain. Add sausage once grease starts coming out add greens back to pan. cook for a bit season to taste.
