    Carrots, raw, 12 oz
    Country Crock, Shedd's Spread Country Crock Light (Soft), 2 Tbsp
    Honey, 3 tbsp
    Salt (table), 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Parsley, dried, 1 tbsp


Par boil the carrots until tender.

Saute carrots with butter and honey for about 4-5 minutes.

Once glaze is thickened and coats all carrots add salt, pepper, and parsley.
