Ingredients

    1 can chick peas
    1/2 the cans liquid
    2 avocados
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    1 tbsp almond butter
    1 tbsp hot sauce
    Salt and pepper to taste

Tips

I first started out with one avocado but added another for more of an avocado taste. Though its still good, next time I'll probably use only one. Adding the second avocado kind of took away from the rest of the flavors


Directions

Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until combined to desired consistency

Serving Size: Makes about 4 cups

    O.K.
    I found it a little weird. But I made it a 2nd time and used only 1/2 can of chickpeas and 1 avocado added red pepper flakes and 1/8 tsp of cayenne and less liquid. It was 4 out of 5 that way. My family liked the added heat. - 5/30/18
