24-32 ounces skinless turkey legsor skinless turkey breast
1/2 small onion, grated
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 cup tomato ketchup
8 teaspoons corn syrup
2 tablespoons Dijon mustardor coarse grain mustard
1 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon crackedblack peppercorns
1 1/2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke

Directions
1Place turkey in slow cooker stoneware.
2In a saucepan over medium heat, combine remaining ingredients except for liquid smoke.
3Bring to boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
4Remove from heat and stir in liquid smoke.
5Pour sauce over turkey.
6Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours or on HIGH for 4 to 5 hours, until turkey is falling apart.
7Transfer turkey to a cutting board and pull meat off the bones in shreds, using two forks.
8Return to sauce and keep warm.
9When ready to serve, spoon shredded turkey and sauce over warm buns.
