Introduction

One pot dinner. One pot dinner.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    5 cups water
    5 beef or veg bouillion cubes
    1 lb. Boneless Skinless chicken breast cubed
    12 oz. Pasta of choice
    1 cup each sliced green, yellow and red bell peppers
    1 med. Onion sliced Julienne
    1 15 oz can Diced Stewed Tomato's with juice
    2 TBSP Olive Oil
    1 TBSP Oregano flakes
    1 TBSP Dried Basil
    1 tsp black ground pepper
    dash of Cayenne pepper
    Salt to taste
    Garlic powder to taste

Tips

Don't use Angel Hair pasta. It cooks to quickly and tends to burn and stick together before the chicken is done.


Directions

Put everything in a large stock pot, cover, bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer stir and let cook for about 10 to 15 minutes until the chicken and pasta are done.
