    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.25 cup, chopped (remove)
    *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, .25 cup, chopped (remove)
    Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 4 strips (remove)
    Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped (remove)


spray muffin pan w/pam or something like it; chop up veggies and scramble eggs. I add a little pepper and hot sauce. sprinkle some veggies in each muffin cup, pour in scrambled eggs and bake.
