    Pepperidge Farm Puff pastry, 1 sheet
    2 medium zucchini, sliced thin
    1/2 onion, thinly sliced
    Feta cheese, 1/2 cup
    Olive oil, 2 TBSP


Preheat oven to 400. Saute onions in olive oil to caramelize. Remove from pan and lightly saute zucchini until soft. Roll out puff pastry and prick with a fork leaving about a one inch border around the edges. Spread vegetables over the pastry. Bake 20 minutes. Add the feta cheese and bake 5-10 more minutes until pastry is brown and cheese has slightly melted.
