I make my own granola with NO sugar but lots of whole grains and healthy proteins like almonds. This makes a really yummy breakfast, dessert or snack that is very filling. Ingredients

    1 container of lowfat/nonfat greek yogurt with fruit
    1 cup fresh fruit, chopped
    1 granola bar, crumbled

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and eat!
