Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    8 cabbage leaves
    1 egg
    1 bag instant brown rice
    1 bag morningstar farms meal starter crumbles
    1 can whole peeled tomatoes
    1 6 oz. can tomato paste
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp (or to taste) apple cider vinegar
    1 tbsp garlic powder
    1 tbsp onion powder
    1 tbsp salt and pepper

Directions

Preheat oven at 350'

In a large pot, boil the cabbage until the leaves begin to separate from the head. As you remove them, place them on a paper towel to dry.

Prepare the rice according to package directions.
Mix thawed crumbles, egg, rice, onion, garlic, salt & pepper.
Once the cabbage leaves have cooled, take two of the leaves and chop them and add to the crumbles mixture.
Fill the leaves with the mixture, folding each end in and rolling them.

Put a ladle of sauce in the bottom of the baking dish.

Place the stuffed rolls in the pan, seam side down. cover with sauce, add another layer of rolls and remaining sauce. Cook for 45 minutes or until cabbage is fork tender.
