    Coconut Milk (90%), 50ml
    Quorn, chopped, 175 gram(s)
    Thai Sweet and Sour Sauce (Lien Ying), 50 gram(s)
    Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 0.5 large, chopped
    Onions, raw, 1 medium, chopped
    Garlic, 1 clove, grated
    Balsamic Vinegar, 1 tbsp
    Salt and pepper to taste
    1.5 cups of water


1) Add peppers, onions, garlic, cocunut milk, sweet and sour sauce, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper and water into a cooking pan.
2) Simmer for 5 minutes.
3) Add quorn.
4) Cook for 25 minutes or till tender with a thick sauce.

Serving Size: Divide into 4 equal servings
