The greek yogurt in this dough really bumps up the protein! The greek yogurt in this dough really bumps up the protein!
Number of Servings: 2


    1/2 C white flour, plus extra if dough is sticky
    1/2 C whole wheat flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp italian seasoning
    1 C plain nonfat greek yogurt


In a stand mixer, combine all of the ingredients. Using the dough hook, knead the dough for 5-8 minutes.

Cut into two even pieces, and stretch them out to the desired size.

Bake at 425F for 15 minutes for a chewy crust.
For a crispier crust, bake for 5 minutes before adding the toppings.

Serving Size: Makes enough dough for two people
