    2 cups almond flour
    ⅓ cup + 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal
    1/4 cup crushed walnuts
    1/4 cup oats
    2 table spoons chia seed
    teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    cup gluten-free all-purpose flour
    6 tablespoons butter (or coconut oil)
    4 eggs
    1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
    cup greek plain yogurt
    1tbsp Honey


To make sandwich height bread, make 1.5 the amount of the batter.


Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F
1. mix dry ingredients and set aside,
melt the butter and whisk together with the eggs, apple cider vinegar and yogurt
2. combine wet mixture with the dry mixture until smooth and pour batter into an 9 x 4 medium loaf pan greased or lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle with oats and/or chia seeds on top.
3. bake at 350F for 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the bread comes out clean
let bread cool on a wire rack, cut into thin slices and serve

Serving Size: Makes 16 1/4 inch slices
