    3 cloves garlic minced
    3 c water
    1 chicken boullion cube
    28 oz can ground peeled tomatoes
    16 oz package seafood medley
    ground and red pepper to taste


saute onions and garlic in olive oil
add water and boullion
add ground peeled tomatoes
simmer 30 min
add seafood medley
simmer 20 min
