This is a gluten free brownie mix made with egg substitute. This is a gluten free brownie mix made with egg substitute.

    Baker's Corner Gluten Free Brownie Mix, 16 servings
    Egg - Eggbeaters, .5 cup
    Walnuts, .25 cup, chopped
    Pompeian Canola & Olive Oil Blend, 6 tbsp
    2 Tbsp Water


1. Heat oven to 350 F degrees.
2. Stir brownie mix, oil, egg substitute and water.
3. Spread into a greased 8" square or 9" round pan.
4. Bake for 30-35 minutes, until set or toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool and cut into squares.

Serving Size: Makes 16 servings
