Ingredients

    Veggies:
    Carrots, raw, 3 cup, chopped
    Cabbage, fresh, 4 cup, shredded
    Tomato, grape (3oz = appro 12 tomatoes), 3 oz
    Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, whole
    Broccoli, fresh, 4 cup, chopped
    Cauliflower, raw, 4 cup
    Dressing:
    Olive Oil, 1.5 cup (Extra Virgin)
    Cider Vinegar, 1 cup (remove)
    Lime Juice, .5 cup (remove)
    Pepper, black, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Pepper, red or cayenne, 2 tbsp
    Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp
    Granulated Sugar, 9 tsp

Directions

Chop up the vegies into bite size pieces. Add anything you want actually - onions, zucchini, cucumber is really good also. Mix up the oil, vinegar, lime or lemon juice and the spices then pour over the veggies and put into a container or bowl in the fridge. Mix them up a few times to make sure the dressing completely covers all the veggies.
