Ingredients

1/4 cup oatflour
1/4c (1 scoop) Vanilla Muscle Gain (https://www.advocare.com/130227901/Store/ItemDetail.aspx?itemCode=P2601&id=B&size=C)
1/4 c Plain 2% Greek Yogurt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 egg
1/4 c unsweetened vanilla almond milk
Tips
To make oat flour ,process 1/4 cup of old fashioned oats to make oat flour in the blender or food processor
Add in 1/4 cup any fruit you like, berries, pumpkin, banana, etc. Endless combos! (of course this will alter the cal count)
Directions
Mix oat flour, muscle gain (or other high quality protein powder) cinnamon and baking soda
Mix together egg, yogurt, and almond milk
Combine all ingrdients and wisk together. allow to sit for a few minutes.
Cook on med heat until bubble form then flip
Add pure maple syrup or fruit and enjoy!
Serving Size: makes 6-8 3in pancakes
