    1 cup Onions, diced
    1 cup Red Pepper, diced
    1 cup Tomatoes, diced
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 cup White Beans
    1 cup Black Beans
    1 cup Garbanzo Beans
    1 tbsp Olive Oil
    Season to taste


Heat oil over medium heat in skillet. Cook onions, red peppers & garlic until soft. Add tomatoes, and beans. Season to taste. Cook until tomatoes are soft.

Makes 6 - 1/2 cup servings
