    1/4 c old fashioned oats
    2 tbsp PB2(in powder form)
    1/2 tsp chia seeds
    1/4 c plain nonfat greek yogurt
    1/4 c unsweetened almond milk
    1/2 c diced fruit of choice(bananas, papaya, strawberries, blueberries)

Put all ingredients into an 8oz jar(or any other container that will hold at least 8oz.) Add ingredients in order listed. Screw lid onto jar and shake, shake, shake!!! After all ingredients are mixed, carefully remove the lid. Add diced fruit and gently stir with a fork. Put the lid back on, and leave in the fridge overnight. Eat cold or room temperature.
