    1/2 T Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1/2 T I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Stick
    1/2 cup diced green, yellow, red and orange peppers
    1 cup diced fresh pineapple, drained
    1 t. soy sauce or organic Tamari sauce
    1/2 T Honey


Heat oil and butter in sauté pan. Add peppers and sauté for 3-5 minutes. Add Pineapple and continue to sauté until pineapple is lightly browned. Add soy sauce or Tamari and honey and stir to mix through all contents. Serve immediately
