    1 lb pre-shredded cabbage
    1 tbsp. onion, finely chopped
    1/2-1/3 cup mayo
    sugar, salt & pepper to taste


Combine cabbage & onion in large bowl & mix well. Combine mayo & seasonings in separate bowl, whisk until sugar is dissolved. Pour over cabbage & mix well. Chill, covered at least 1 hour before serving.

Serving Size: makes 6 1-cup servings
