    2 c. rolled oats
    1-1/2 T cinnamon
    2 T ground flaxseed
    1 apple, chopped
    1/4 cup raisins
    2 cups soymilk or almond milk
    1 T vanilla extract
    2 T pure maple syrup


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix all ingredients together and pour into greased 8-inch baking dish.

Bake for approximately 20-25 minutes, or until firm to the touch.

Serve warm with extra fruit and/or extra maple syrup.

Cover and refrigerate leftovers for up to one week.
