Ingredients

    Leeks, 1 leek(
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1.5 cup cherry tomatoes
    Voskos *Yogurt, Greek, Plain, Low Fat, .7 cup
    Lemon Juice, 1 lemon yields
    *"Great Value" Mustard, Spicy Brown (1 tsp)
    Tarragon, ground, 1 Tbsp

Directions

Dice leeks, quarter cherry tomatoes and cook over medium high heat until leeks are softened. Remove from heat and add yogurt, mustard, lemon juice and tarragon.

Serve over broiled chicken.
