Ingredients

    1.5 Cup yellow squash
    3.5 Cups Onions
    2 Cups Zuccini Squash
    4 Cups Egg Plant
    4 Tbsp Holland House Balsamic Vinegar
    Season To Taste

Directions

slice & cut into 4's both of your squash. I peeled my egg plant just because I don't like the skin. Peel slice & cut into 4's. Chop Onions add your Holland House Balsamic Vinegar. Season to taste cook in pan until tendered.
