Ingredients

    1- can Garbanzo beans (no salt added)
    12-basil leaves fresh
    2- garlic cloves chopped
    Juice of one lemon about 1 Tbsp.
    1/4- tsp. sea salt
    1- tsp. fresh black pepper
    1- Tbsp. olive oil
    1- Tbsp rice wine vinegar

Tips

Serve with veggies, pita chips or use for spread instead of mayo.


Directions

No cooking. Rinse garbanzo beans and rub through fingers to remove bean skin. Then,throw all ingredients in food processor or blender.Pulse or blend until texture is creamy. If to thick add a little water until desired texture.
