    Artisana Raw Organic Coconut Butter, 1 tbsp
    Almond butter 1tbsp
    Cereal Nature's Path Organic Flax Plus multigrain,1 cup
    Honey, 2 teaspoons
    Almond Milk Silk Pure Unsweetened original 1/4 cup
    Mini muffin pan
    Guar gum, 1/3 teaspoon


You can add in chia, flax, mashed banana, dried fruits, or nuts to the mixture to adjust to you liking.


Pour out the cereal and crush it slightly so that there are still whole pieces left. In a separate bowl, heat up the almond milk and add the coconut butter, almond butter, and honey to it. Let it cool and then add in the guar gum. Slowly, add in the liquid mixture to the crushed cereal flakes and fold in until the flakes are covered completely. Scoop the mixture into the muffin pan and gently press down so that you don't squish them. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for 30-60 minutes depending on the size.

Serving Size: Makes 8 mini krispies or 4 large ones
