Number of Servings: 24


    1 cup Whole Wheat Flour, sifted
    1 box sugar-free, fat-free instant pudding mix (calories estimated - different flavors have slightly different calories)
    1/2 cup (1 stick) margarine, softened
    1/2 cup packed brown sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 large egg
    1 large egg white
    1 dash salt


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Combine flour and pudding mix in small bowl. Beat margarine in large mixing bowl on medium to high speed for 30 seconds or until creamy. Beat in brown sugar, baking soda, and salt until well combined. Beat in egg and egg white, mixing until fully incorporated. Gradually beat in flour/pudding mixture.

Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets.

Bake for 10-12 minutes or until set. Cool on baking sheets for 2 - 3 minutes, then move cookies to wire racks to cool completely.
