Tips

This recipe is very versatile. It is good for almost any dietary allergy (except nuts of course!) and it tastes delicious! Feel free to experiment with other combinations to achieve what you like. Also, if I weren't eating this as dessert I would say you could almost leave out the maple syrup because the dates are so sweet on their own.

Directions

Mix dry ingredients in blender and pulse until course flour-like consistency. Add wet ingredients (start with half the almond milk and add more if needed.

After blended to nut butter consistency, add chopped up chocolate and fold in.

Wet hands and roll into 1" balls and freeze.
