Cashew - Raw (~1oz, 1/4 cup, or 28g), 4 oz
Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats, 0.5 cup
Medjool dates, 4 date, pitted
Maple Syrup, 2 tbsp
Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Original, 2 oz
Z Natural Whey Protein, 4 tbsp
Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Chips, 5 tbsp
This recipe is very versatile. It is good for almost any dietary allergy (except nuts of course!) and it tastes delicious! Feel free to experiment with other combinations to achieve what you like. Also, if I weren't eating this as dessert I would say you could almost leave out the maple syrup because the dates are so sweet on their own.
After blended to nut butter consistency, add chopped up chocolate and fold in.
Wet hands and roll into 1" balls and freeze.
Serving Size: Makes 25 1" round cookie dough balls
