Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats
1 cup rice krispies cereal
2/3 cup chopped dried apricot d(or dried fruit of choice)
3 Table spoons roasted sunflower seeds
1/4 cup toasted coconut (I don't toast it)
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
2 Table spoons vegetable oil
3 Table spoons honey
2 Table spoons peanut butter
1 Table spoon vanilla
Tips
Make sure you pack this VERY well in the pan, otherwise it's too crumbly to cut well. Also, it is best to cut it while it is still warm.
Directions
1. Melt oil, honey, peanut butter in microwave just until easy to mix up. Watc carefully, probably 20 seconds or so. Mix in vanilla.
2. Mix all ingredients together and press down well into 8" square pan sprayed well with cooking spray.
3. Make sure you press down firmly.
4. Bake at 350F for 20 minutes.
5. Let cool before serving.
