Ingredients

    Yeast, bakers, 2 pis
    *Whole Wheat Flour, 2 cup
    *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Reserve a drizzle for the bowl
    Hormel - Turkey Pepperoni (17 slices)
    *Kraft Mozzarella, Fat Free, 1 cup
    Tomato Sauce no salt 2 cans I like to control my salt content
    1 tbsp honey
    4 tbsp corn meal

Directions

Making the crust must have patience. Add 2 packs of dry yeast. Add 2 tbsp hot water not boiling and honey into the glass with the yeast. Let yeast activate for about 5 min. It should look foamy. Mean while add flour, oil, a tsp salt, 3 tbsp hot water, to a boil and mix. Add yeast last once it has been activated. Kneed for about 5 min. (Workout). Add to grease bowl and cover with a dry towel. Let set in a warm dry place for 2 hours. It should have doubled in size when u check it.

Now cut dough in half and cover half u are not using yet. Add small amount of flour to counter top with a rolling pin until you make a nice thin circle. Add corn meal to bottom of pizza pan. Place dough onto pan. Drizzle a little olive oil onto crust. Add tomato sauce seasoned with Italian seasoning and sea salt. Add cheese and pepperonies. Bake in oven for 20 min or until nice and golden brown and cheesy

Serving Size: Makes enough for 8 people 2 pieces each!
