Ingredients

    12oz Chicken breast
    16oz jar salsa
    1/2 can Black beans
    1 serving of low sodium taco seasoning
    1/2 medium onion, chopped
    Red bell pepper chopped

Tips

I like to use frozen chicken so it stays moist and doesn't dry out.


Directions

Mix everything together in slow cooker. Set on low and forget. Done once chicken is cooked through.
