Ingredients

    1 Tbsp margarine
    2 stalks of celery-diced
    2 carrots-diced
    6 med potatoes-diced
    Savory or summer savory - to taste
    1 Tbsp black pepper
    1 Tbsp salt
    3 cups of cooked Turkey (dark/light or a mixture of both)
    3 cups of water (adjust +/- as needed to desired soup/fricot consistency)



Directions

Cook until vegetables are tender
