    1 pkg boil-in-bag rice (appx 1.5 cups)
    2 c chicken broth
    1 tb butter
    3 tb chopped fresh chives


1. Boil the rice according to package directions in the two cups of chicken broth instead of water
2. Drain and set aside. In a sautee pan, melt the butter and sautée the chives 2-3 minutes until soft
3. Combine and serve

Serving Size: Makes 2 1.5 c servings
