Introduction

Ingredients

    1 cup skim milk
    1/4 cup water
    1/4 cup canned pumpkin
    dash ground cinnamon
    dash ground cloves
    3 tbsp. uncooked Cream of Wheat



    I also add a tbsp. of honey if I have it. If I don't, I use Splenda. Whatever sweetner you decide to use, don't forget to add it to your food diary. Only the ingredients listed above are figured into the nutritional values!

Directions

Bring milk, water, pumpkin, spices and sweetner of choice to a boil in small saucepan. Add cereal and continue to cook over low heat for 2 1/2 minutes.
