    2 C spaghetti
    2 chicken breasts
    3 C chopped mushrooms
    1 C skim or evaporated milk
    0.25 C parmesan
    1/8 C bread crumbs
    1/2 C onions diced
    3 cloves garlic


Cook pasta to al dente. Chop mushrooms and onions and chicken into bite size pieces. Cook chicken over high heat with a bit of the olive oil until browned. Remove chicken and keep warm. In same pan cook mushrooms and onions and garlic. Add flour and cook briefly. Whisk in milk to avoid lumps. Remove from heat and add cheese and chicken. Coat pasta with sauce and place into casserole dish. Sprinkle top with bread crumbs. Cook for about 30 minutes at 375 degrees.
