Ingredients

    2 T Canola Oil
    2 lbs Bok Choy (raw-shredded)
    2T Soy Sauce
    1 T Rice Vinegar
    2 T Sesame Seed Oil

Directions

Heat Canola oil over high heat. Add Bok Choy and stir fry until slightly softened (1-2 min). Add Soy Sauce, Vinegar, and Sesame oil. Cook 1-2 mins longer. 1 serving = 1/2 C

Great over steamed Rice!
